INVESTING IN ETERNITY
UNIFIED GIVING
Unified Giving is a cooperative approach to funding the mission and ministry of General Baptist churches.
Nearly 50 years ago, General Baptist leaders developed this model based on biblical principles of generosity and shared responsibility. It begins with local churches receiving tithes and offerings from their members to support their pastors and meet the needs of their communities. Beyond that, Unified Giving invites each church to contribute a portion of its income to support larger mission efforts and ministry initiatives that extend beyond what any single church could do on its own.

THE FOUNDATION
The General Baptist Foundation exists to extend the mission of Christ beyond our lifetime through wise, purposeful giving.
It serves as the center for endowment giving, helping individuals, families, and churches support the ministries they care about—now and for generations to come.
Designated Gifts – Support specific ministries or causes God has placed on your heart using flexible giving options.
Undesignated Gifts – Help sustain the broader mission of General Baptist Ministries through strategic funding directed by church leadership.
Memorial Gifts – Honor a loved one’s legacy through gifts made during life or through estate planning, including wills, insurance, or investments.
GENERAL BAPTIST INVESTMENT FUND
The General Baptist Investment Fund (GBIF) empowers ministry growth by connecting the resources of faithful investors with the needs of expanding churches. For over 50 years, GBIF has provided a way for individuals, churches, and ministries to invest in interest-bearing accounts that not only generate returns but also fuel church construction and expansion projects across the denomination.
By pooling resources, General Baptists have created a self-sustaining loan fund that strengthens local churches and supports long-term ministry impact. GBIF continues to offer competitive loans and investment options—helping savings grow while advancing the mission of the Church.
