About General Baptist Women's Ministries...

Women's Ministries has supported and promoted missions since 1911. Through sacrificial giving, General Baptist women across this nation have impacted our world in a  mighty way!

Our support includes Love Gift allocations and the annual Asenath Brewster Christmas Offering. Our Love Gift allocations from 1964-2001 include:

• Over $1.5 million     International Missions
• Over $1.1 million    National Missions
• Over $800,000        Oakland City University

We also:

• sponsor and coordinate Children's Missions - Instilling a love for missions early in childhood by providing literature and curriculum.
• sponsor & coordinate Youth For Missions - Educating youth about missions and offering opportunities to participate in ministry at the annual U^th N Missions Rally.
• fund scholarships to Oakland City University - providing General Baptists with financial assistance on both undergraduate and graduate levels.
• offer Literature Packs- encouraging women with both administrative essentials and ministry initiatives, these packets can be ordered from the Women's Ministries office.

By promoting and supporting missions, Women's Ministries seeks to ensure that future generations become global Acts 1:8 Christ followers.
