Church Planter
Rev. Tom Bennett has started a new mission, “Life Change Ministries,” in Lafayette, Indiana. It launched March 19, 2006.  Services are held in a storefront building on South Earl Avenue. Lafayette is a rapidly growing community near Tom’s boyhood home. Crossroads Association in central Indiana is partnering with National Missions to sponsor this project. This is the first church plant for the Crossroads Association REAP Board (CARB)–a newly formed REAP group.

Tom is a graduate of Oakland City University. While there as a scholarship baseball player, his roommate, Brad Swain, led him to Christ. Since that time he has been a pastor, church planter, and a Student Ministries/Christian Education Pastor. His most recent work was with Rev. Brad Swain at the First General Baptist Church of Kokomo, Indiana, Tom’s mother church.
