New Church University
Refocus Track

Every church that survives more than a generation goes through several eras of refocus. Often this refocus is a reaction to changing circumstances. The death or relocation of key leaders may require a church to refocus. The loss of a major employer and the resulting economic downturn may require a church to refocus. Rapid population growth in the community may require a church to refocus. Every church that survives will refocus.
